目前工作集中在病原菌致病机制、生物被膜形成机制、病原菌精准化防控措施等方面的研究,结合传统湿实验,突出多组学、10x-1000x测序数据在病原菌研究当中的应用,结合计算生物学等跨学科知识驱动病原菌高效、精准、绿色安全化防控措施的提出。近五年以第一作者身份在学术期刊发表SCI论文8篇,其中中科院一区TOP论文5篇。 代表性论文: 1、Wang, D., Fletcher, G.
