主要研究方向为逆境植物的遗传育种改良和种质资源、逆境植物的耐胁迫分子机理和逆境植物同土壤微生物的应答机制等方面的研究。获得国家级基金项目1项，省部级基金项目3项；已在国内外重要期刊上以第一作者或通讯作者身份发表论文60余篇，其中，SCI收录论文35篇，EI收录3篇。
